Transition to Bents Green - Ringinglow
At Bents Green we look forward to working with you and your child to ensure that everyone has a smooth transition to the school. Our Ringinglow site welcomes students in Y7 - Y11, with a P16 provision coming soon.
Transition Information Tours
To further assist families whose child may be fortunate to come to the school we offer an information and tour of our Ringinglow and Gleadless sites. Please see the dates listed below.
If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please contact the school on 0114 236 3545 to book your place. Please note places are limited and therefore booking is essential.
Visitors must arrive at the school on time otherwise we will not be able to facilitate a tour of the site. If you are unable to attend at the stated start time, please ask to book for a future date.

Transition to Bents Green School 2024-25
At Bents Green School, we appreciate that transition can be a difficult time for many of our students and their families. Anxiety levels can increase during times of transition, and therefore, as a school, we want to work with each individual and their family to ensure this is reduced as much as possible.
